Like the cup: on the outside you look righteous, but on the inside you are filled with hypocrosy

Five Ways How to Change from the Inside Out

1. Know Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:20)
2. Put off your old self (Ephesians 4:22)
3. Renew your mind (Ephesians 4:23)
4. Put on the new self (Ephesians 4:24)
5. Commit yourself to the truth (Ephesians 4:25-27)
