Message: Fashioned for God’s Family

Theme: Four Levels of Fellowship

Scripture: 1st Timothy 3:14-15, Romans 12:5, Acts 2:42,44, Ephesians 4:16, John 13:35

Intro: God wanted a family! That’s why we are here. The entire Bible is the story of God building His family.

  • God wants you to learn to love the people in your family.

Reasons

  • Question: Why does God want us to learn to love?
  • What do you think of when you hear the word “fellowship”?

Four Levels of Fellowship

1.) Membership – “choosing to belong”

Ephesians 2:19 LB
“You are members of God’s very own family and you belong in God’s household with every other Christian.”

Over Here – Over There

2.) Learning to share

Acts 2:44
“All the believers met together constantly and shared everything with each other.”

Two Things:

  • What are we supposed to share in the Family of God?
    1. The Bible says, we are to share our E____________
