E-giving has arrived at DBC! Go to the DBC website at www.doverbaptistchurch.org and click on e-giving and it will take you to the secure site of our provider. Just read the instructions and agree to the rules of their site and then it will take you to our e-giving page. You can set up an account with the provider and use a checking or savings account as your linking account for the donation. You will be able to set up automatic transfers to occur weekly or monthly for your convenience. We have the one time giving option for people outside the church that wish to give money for special fundraisers and opt not to set up an e-giving account. We prefer that our members don’t use the credit card option because the fees for the church are 3.5% per use. We prefer our members to set up an account because a donation through your checking or savings account only costs 50 cents per transaction. At the present time, you can split your transaction to give to the Budget-Tithe, Building fund, Alpha, and Cambodia from this site. You will not pay any fees whatsoever to give through e-giving and you will receive full credit for the amount of your donation. The finance committee will pay the fees just like we do for the offering envelopes. This is just another option for giving to the Kingdom.
